There are changes of visa documents in two things such as degree and criminal background check.
Degree (From 2010 Sep 1st ) :
For USA AU NZ SA UK IR: You must get one of following document apostilled
1)Photocopy of degree
2) Original degree
3) Graduation Verification Letter.
For Canadian :You must have one of following document notarized and then stamped by Korean Consulate.
(2) Photocopy of degree
(3) Graduation Verification Letter
Criminal background check (From Jan 1st 2011):
Korean Immigration office will accept only national/Federal level criminal background check.
For USA AU NZ SA UK IR: You must get it apostilled.
For Canada: You must have it notarized and then stamped by Korean Consulate
Web Search Result of Criminal Record Check is not Acceptable and CRC must clearly state that “No Record” or “No record founded” on the statement.
*** From April 1st 2011 Every E2 visa applicants can get visa any Korean consulte in the world***
